What does Ionize run on?
Windows 10 version 2004 (build 19041) or later, and Windows 11, 64 bit only. The Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is required.
Where should I get Ionize?
Use the download command in the official Ionize Discord bot. Do not run builds from other sites, resellers, or direct messages.
How do updates work?
The app checks the official update service and verifies the signed release manifest with Ed25519. When a newer build is listed, it opens View release notes. The in app Updates screen does not download or apply packages. Install new builds from the official Discord bot.
Where are scripts and settings stored?
If the application folder is writable, Ionize uses scripts/, autoexec/, and bin/ next to Ionize.exe. Installed copies under Program Files use %LOCALAPPDATA%\Ionize. The Explorer panel shows the resolved path.
How much does Ionize cost?
Ionize is free during the closed beta. When beta ends, a weekly license is $5 and a lifetime license is $30. Approved testers keep lifetime access for free.
Where do I buy Ionize?
Purchase is not open yet. Getionize is in beta testing. When sales start, a weekly license is $5 and a lifetime license is $30. Crypto will be on getionize.cc and cards will go through an official resellers list on this site. Anyone selling keys now is not official.
Can I pay with a card?
Not yet. Card options will come through official resellers. We will publish that list here when it is ready.
How do licenses and device resets work?
A license key creates an account. The app binds to the first device it sees. Use the Discord /resethwid command if you need to move machines. Reset frequency is limited server side.
Ionize will not open. What should I check?
Confirm you are on 64 bit Windows 10/11, install WebView2 if prompted, and exclude the app folder from antivirus if the process is being quarantined. See Troubleshooting in the docs, then Discord if it still fails.

Installation and product questions: documentation first, then Discord. Bugs: Discord with the version number from the status bar. Purchase or account issues: Discord only.
