Current sales status
Getionize is in beta testing and purchase is not open. When sales start, crypto will be on getionize.cc and cards will go through official resellers listed on ionize.cc. Anyone selling keys now is not official.
Existing purchases
If you already hold a license and need a refund, charge correction, or help with a failed payment, open a ticket in the official Discord. Include the purchase email, approximate date, and the username on the license.
How requests are handled
- Duplicate charges and confirmed payment errors are reviewed first.
- Unused keys that never created an account are reviewed on request.
- Device-reset issues are support requests, not automatic refunds.
Chargebacks
Contact Discord before filing a dispute so we can match the payment to the license. Chargebacks opened without that conversation may result in the license being revoked.
